Refund policy

We want you to pay for DirtWatts only if it earns a place in your training.

14-day refund

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge (a new subscription or a renewal) and you'll get a full refund for that charge. Email hello@dirtwatts.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt.

After 14 days

You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Trail requests

If a trail you requested can't be built (for example, there's no lidar coverage or the bake fails), your request is returned, and any extra request you bought is refunded automatically.

How refunds are paid

Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refunds to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
